Unlike others, Caleb came to my address and gave me a reasonable qoute. It took about over an hour for Caleb to review my home, yes it was in bad shape due to the previous work but Caleb did not turn me down. He was trying to find ways to save me money without breaking the bank.
I've called Morris Jenkin, Bradshaw Brothers, Trident Mechanical and they gave me astronomical price that was ridiculous.
